CityPlace Body Challenge

Earn points by completing health and fitness challenges.  Get your weekly weigh-ins and blood pressure checked in the fitness center, a T-shirt, and a healthier you by summer.  Everybody that plays wins!  Sign up alone or with a friend.

FLEXIBILITY TIPS

Ways to stay motivated:

• Stretch gently, don't force it.
• Don't bounce.
• Keep the cells flushed with lots of water.
• Take vitamins C and B complex. They work together to increase cell wall elasticity.
• Eat good quality protein to keep cell walls healthy.
