Spinning
This class is designed to help you enjoy your cardiovascular training. Not
only will you burn loads of calories, and body fat, you will improve the
efficiency of your heart and lungs. The instructor will take the class on a
“ride”, helping you visualize the course you are on whether it’s a hill or flat
terrain, whether you should “push” or “recover”. You will learn the different
positions and cycling techniques of Spinning to make this your ride. The music
is chosen to help you find the rhythm of the terrain and motivate you pursue the
challenges before you.
It is important to mention that you are always in control of the intensity of
your ride. You personally control how much resistance used on the bike, and the
cadence (how fast you pedal). This makes this class beneficial to all fitness
levels. Spinning is a great way to train your body’s different Energy Zones. You
will learn how to store and release energy for maximum performance and fat loss.
Using a heart rate monitor will help you get the most out of this class, but it
is not a requirement.
