Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system of mind-body exercise that offers benefits
including increased flexibility, greater strength, balance and increased
concentration. This is another form of exercise that increases your core
stability and strength. In this class the instructor will lead you through a
series of asanas (poses), using a balance of opposition to stretch and contract
all the major muscle groups of the body.
Yoga is also useful to:
- Release physical and mental stress
- Reduce lower back, neck, and shoulder tension
- Improve the quality of your sleep
