Training/Background: Julie has been a Personal Trainer since 1995. She
is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer
and Group Fitness Instructor. She is also certified in Spinning through Mad Dogg
Athletics, the creators of the Spinning program, and in IM=X Pilates through the
Xercise Corp.
Julie's Passion: Helping people achieve the bodies they need to live the life
of their dreams.
Julie's Fitness Philosophy: She loves to help people find something in
themselves they didn’t know they had. The rewards of learning how to take care
of and develop your body are huge! She loves to make exercise simple and fun for
everyone. Looking good is great, but living a full life is what we long for.
Exercise helps us break through our physical barriers as well as our mental
ones. Julie’s philosophy is: Don’t live to exercise, but exercise to live!
