Classes: 

Training/Background: Melisa is a Madd Dogg certified Spinning instructor, as well as Reaction Cycling. She has been a Spinning instructor for a little over 2 years. Melisa is also the marketing director for an online retailer based in St. Louis. She is looking to advance in her fitness knowledge in the near future!

Melisa's Passion: Melisa's Passion is enjoying and living life to the fullest, and enjoying a very full schedule! Melisa's passion also includes working with the "Judy Ride Foundation". She is the chairperson for the volunteer committee and loves being involved and "giving back" to the community. With her Mother being a two time Breast Cancer survivor being involved in a great organization is very important to her! Not to mention the three hour Spinning event! Melisa is always looking for more people to get involved with the Judy Ride Foundation as well!! (hint, hint, wink, wink). 

Melisa's Fitness Philosophy: There is nothing greater than seeing a bad day turn great because of the workout you just had! With hard work the right attitude, and effort, anyone can and will achieve their goals! The potential and the strength is always there....it's up to you to show it and shine through!!
